Complete maintenance center
In order to effectively accelerate the maintenance progress of equipment, the company has set up a maintenance center on the surface, covering an area of more than 7000 square meters and equipped with complete maintenance workstations, testing platforms, and test benches.
Maintenance Capability
The maintenance center has the ability to carry out major repairs on the entire machine, as well as the maintenance and testing of assembly components such as engines, transmissions, torque converters, drive axles, and oil cylinders. Since 2021, it has completed major repairs on 33 complete machines.

Previously, all assembly parts on the mine were repaired outside, and the quality and speed of maintenance could not be guaranteed. After our company took over the maintenance business of assembly parts, all assembly parts were completed in the maintenance center, and the maintenance process was transparent. The mine can track the progress and quality of maintenance anytime and anywhere, ensuring the effective operation of production and maximizing efficiency.
